About Us
LA’S FIRST SUBTERRANEAN DINING AND KARAOKE DESTINATION
THE VENUE
is a modern American restaurant and karaoke bar established in 2017. We offer a menu of market-driven seasonal shared plates, craft cocktails, and local small batch wines and beers. With a spacious dining room and bar, plus 13 private karaoke rooms that can accommodate anywhere from 2 – 50 guests, THE Venue is the first concept of its kind to encompass both high-quality food and state-of-the art entertainment.
THE SPACE
Inspired by Seana Kang, our refined but relaxed space takes inspiration from modern contemporary design; touches such as vintage woods, found furniture, and exposed concrete create a warm, convivial atmosphere. Our interior boasts 18-foot ceilings, an open dining room, and bar area, as well as 13 private karaoke rooms - an inviting option for patrons.
The entire venue is 10,000 square feet. Our patio is 500 square feet and seats 55 in total capacity. Located in a film-friendly neighborhood, overnight shooting is welcome and street parking permits are available. We have hosted shoots for several commercials and music videos.
PARKING
The Venue is located inside the 3470 Central Plaza Parking Garage. Please type this exact name into Google Maps for the most accurate result. The entrance is on Mariposa Ave, just south of Wilshire Blvd, in the same structure as Bank of America, Halal Guys, and Starbucks.
This garage operates on the Metropolis parking system. There is no ticket—guests register their license plate through a Metropolis account, and the fee is automatically charged upon exit.
We provide a validation QR code at the restaurant. When used, your parking fee will be discounted to $1.99 for the entire duration of your visit. Without validation, the regular Metropolis rates will apply.
If you have any trouble finding the garage or our entrance, please call us and we will be happy to guide you or meet you outside.
