GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

 

1. Do you allow smoking? 

No, we are a non-smoking facility. We will ask any guest that vapes or smokes in any area of The Venue (Dining, Bar, or Karaoke) to leave immediately. You will be required to pay your full bill. This includes the room charge for the entire time you booked your Karaoke Room and all drinks and food you ordered in our Restaurant and Bar. No exceptions.

2. DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE?

THE Venue enforces a very strict Upscale Dress code for our Main Dining Area. We do not allow beachwear, any form of gym attire, flip flops, jerseys, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, bandanas, ball caps, oversized and unkept baggy clothing. We at THE Venue reserve the right to refuse entry and service to guests inappropriately dressed regardless of the reservation status.

3. Do you allow outside food and beverage?

No outside food and beverages are allowed in the Karaoke Rooms. We only allow cakes/desserts and charge a $30 cake fee.

In the Main Dining Area, Corkage is permitted for up to two (2) 750 ml bottles or one (1) 1500 ml bottle per table of any wine not found on the Wine List for a charge of $25 per 750 ml.

4. Can i combine my tabs from THE MAIN DINING and bar AREA with the KARAOKE ROOM?

If you decide to dine with us in our Main Dining and Bar Area, you are required to close out before heading over to the Karaoke Room. The tabs are separate for these areas and you can’t combine your bill. The amount on your tab for the Dining and Bar Area does not count towards the food and beverage minimum for the Karaoke Rooms.

5. WHAT KIND OF DECORATIONS DO YOU ALLOW?

We allow balloons and cake. We charge a $30 cake fee. Table centerpieces and tablecloths are allowed, although it must be cleared with management.

If you or anyone in your party does not comply with THE Venue Rules and Regulations, your party must leave immediately and will be required to pay the entire bill and full room rental charge.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that any reservation be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. No shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $100 charge to the credit card on file. If you booked one of our larger Karaoke Rooms, 8,9,10, VIP1, VIP2, or our XL Room, the deposit is non-refundable.

7. DO I have TO BE over 21 YEARS OLD?

Guests under 21 years of age are welcome in the Dining Area and Karaoke Rooms. However, all guests in the Karaoke Rooms must be 21 and over for alcohol to be served to the room and guests must be 21 and over on Fridays and Saturdays after 10pm.

8. IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL RULES FOR PARTIES UNDER 21?

Yes, guests that are reserving a Karaoke Room with underage guests attending will be charged a $200 Set Up and Service Fee and required to sign a property damage agreement. This is not negotiable under any circumstance.


9. Can I split the check?

Checks can be split up to 4 cards max. Please keep this in mind for large parties, and plan to bring cash or Venmo!

10. is gratuity included?

Dining reservations of 8 or more guests include a 20% gratuity on the bill. All Karaoke reservations also include 20% gratuity.
